January is always one of the hardest months when it comes to money and treating yourself, as your pay cheque has to last longer and you’ve spent all of december treating everyone you love. However, as January pay day is either here for you or just around the corner, ive teamed up with Zaful to bring you 16 beautiful Pay Day buys. To treat yourself and to enjoy the special occassions there is coming up over the next few months.

I’ve got something for everyone in my litte pay day edit…

If you’re looking for a new piece to wear on a night out, a meal or drinks with the girls, then this gorgeous red cami dress from Zaful would be perfect. The deep red colour is such a statement and looks so good just paired with simple black or nude accessories. I also love how this style of dress looks so elegant and chic, as well as allowing you to show a bit of a sexy shoulder and get your legs out. It really is the best of both worlds and a gorgeous pick with valentines day coming up.  They’ve got so many more lovely pieces over on their website, just click here to go over and have a browse.

Or if adding a new accessory to your wardrobe is more what you’re looking for then these beuatiful grey tassle earrings from Zaful would be a great choice. Not only is grey such a gorgeous, classic and chic colour that really is the new black, they also have a lovely gem stone detail that would look great for a night out. Thye would really add a statement to your look and dress up a casual look. Or, if a handbag is more your thing, then this lovely pink suede one is perfect. I love the square shape of this and how the black chain and the boxy shape, contrast with the girly pink, to create a really modern look. This is one of my favourite pieces and something I cant wait to add to my wardrobe. If you want to check out any of their new styles, go and have a read of the Zaful blog here.

3 New Festival Buys

IMG_3106[1]IMG_3110[1]

Festivals are such popular summer events to go and are packed full of wild, wacky and colourful outfits. There’s never a dull moment when you’re rocking the double denim look, mixing florals and stripes or owning that huge floral crown. However, you do also have to think practically when going to a festival, as in reality they are amazing fun but can be super rainy, windy and cold. So, as I’m going to V Festival this year with a group of my friends, I thought I would share some of the practical, yet stylish, buys I’ve picked up so far.

Green Raincoat | Topshop | £25

Not only is this the most practical piece from this mini haul, it’s probably the most sensible clothing item I’ve bought for a long time, usually I’m all about style over practicality. But, I knew this would be a piece I would really need for the festival as it would keep me warm on colder nights, would look good paired with any festival outfit and was also a bargain in the sale at £25. I love how the striped lining adds a bit of fun to the piece and even though it is quite practical, I know it will still look cute and stylish during the weekend.

The Roma Rucksack| MAHI Leather | £94.50

This little beauty was a gorgeous gift from my lovelies over at MAHI leather and will be perfect to house all my festival essentials for the day. I love how it has two zipped pockets at the front, which you can access really easily and how it also has a really spacious main section to the bag as well. It will be great for in the evenings when I want to  take out a jacket and also my phone, money and maybe a few drinks or something to eat. They’ve also made it even better by personalising it with my first three initials, RLK; which I just love and makes it so special. All their gorgeous bags are 100% leather and that means that it will wear really well, last a long time and be okay in the unpredictable weather at the festival.

White Embroided Shirt | Zaful | $26.49

This is my favourite piece from this mini haul, because not only do I love a good shirt but I’m also obsessed with embroidery; and this piece ticks both of these boxes. What I like is how well the beauties at Zaful described this item, which meant that I was super impressed when I got this shirt through the post and surprised at the online to real life pay off. It looked exactly the same and even the embroidery looks just as beautiful and intricate as it did on screen. They also come packaged up so beautifully as well and all it needed was a good iron and it was ready to go.

I really cant wait to style up this shirt with a good old pair of denim shorts, maybe even contrast it with a black ripped pair, to add a different feel. It’s such a casual style and cut that it always looks effortlessly chic, and is also super soft against your skin. The embroidery doesn’t irritate you at all and you can even roll up the sleeves to change up the style of it too. I’ve even got my eye on some of the beautiful floral bodycon dresses on their website, which would also be a great festival day outfit.

The only criticism I would make about it would just be the sizing descriptions, from their small, medium, large into British clothing sizes. I got guided an XL would be a UK size 12, however this is a bit big for me and I could of easily got a large if it wasn’t for the fact that the shirt looks great over-sized.

What do you have planned this summer?

Spring Wishlist | White High Low Dress, Designer Bags and Embroidery

Untitled design (3)

Lulu Guiness Rucksack | £375, Blue Vanilla Jacket | £60, Zaful Embroided Tunic | $27.99, Zaful Cut Out Pointed Stiletto’s | $35.99, Ted Baker Red Bag | £160 , Topshop Embroided Jeans | £59

As it’s starting to get warmer in the UK, I’m really enjoying dressing for the spring season and purchasing some new items to add to my wardrobe. So, I’m working with the beauties at Zaful to show you some of the pieces I’m currently lusting after; such as this embroided white high low dress or dress formal dresses, which would be perfect for an upcoming summer party or a prom.

This season I just can’t get enough of embroidery. It’s just so feminine and also adds a nice amount of detail to a usually plain pair of jeans or a jacket. I particularly love the traditional red and green floral embroidery, on these Topshop Jamie Jeans because it adds something extra to the denim and makes them more of a special and seasonal appropriate pair to wear. The embroidery is also not too in your face, and doesn’t take away from how well-fitting the jeans are. So many pairs similar to this, are always boyfriend or mom style, and even though they are a nice addition to your wardrobe, I honestly don’t think you can beat a really good pair of skinny jeans.

If you’ve been a reader for a long time, then you will know that I have a real love and border line addiction for handbags. I especially love the British brand Lulu Guiness because of just how feminine all of her iconic bags are and particularly the traditional lips design. However, recently this gorgeous black leather backpack with a gold lips clasp, has caught my eye and I can’t stop thinking about it since. I just think that backpacks are so useful for summer and this one would just add a bit more style and glamour to the whole idea. But, it’s super expensive and definitely a piece that I will have to save up for or buy when it’s on sale.

Shoes are also quickly becoming another love of mine, and I’m really into more pointy stilettos styles at the minute. I bought a nude pair back in March, for one of my best friends wedding and I’ve just fallen in love with how elegant they make you look. They really elongate your legs and add a bit of a stronger contrast to an otherwise very feminine outfit. So, this gorgeous cut out tan pair from Zaful, caught my eye straight away. I love how well these will work with this seasons embroidery and lace, but also work perfectly with for both a casual day look or a dressy evening vibe. They would be so versatile and be a pair in my collection that I would wear over and over again. I definitely need to pick these beauties up.

What items are you lusting over this season?
