L’Oréal ‘Medium Brown’ Brow artist kit, RHW Eyeshadow Palette in ‘I feel like a million dollars’ , Mac lipstick in ‘Mocha’, RHW Lipstick in ‘Lady Rose’
If you’re a regular reader of rachelspick, then you would know that it’s not often that I talk about beauty/makeup and find products that I love so much that I want to share them with you all. However, today is the day that I add another makeup post to my very small collection, on this blog, and share 4 of my current favourite makeup pieces; which I just currently couldn’t live without.
Let’s start with this gorgeous eye shadow palette from the Rosie C collection for M&S. This palette is literally the only thing that I’m wearing on my eyes at the moment, and I just can’t get enough of the lovely pearlescent and matte, neutral shades. I’ve been on the hunt for a really nice palette, which is perfect for travelling, and provides a perfect go-to look in just one palette, for every occasion. What’s so amazing about this palette is the colour choice and how all the colours within the palette can be worn in a variety of combinations. The quality of the eye shadows is so lovely and the amazing rose gold packing top’s off the whole look perfectly. It is £18 and so verging on luxury makeup, however it’s definitely worth the splurge. I literally can’t get enough of this palette, and I’m sure it’s going to be my favourite for a long time to come.
Then it comes to my next favourite palette, but this one’s all about the brows. I’m a massive fan of the stamen brow and have been filling my brows in for quite a few years now. So I’m always on the hunt for the perfect brow palette, that’s got a really good quality powder which is a great brow shade, and this is the one I’m currently addicted to. It’s slightly more pricey than other high-street brow palette’s at £9/£10, however it’s definitely worth it, as my eyebrows always look really full but also super natural for everyday. If you’re looking for a new brow palette, that is the perfect colour and quality, then I would really recommend this one from L’Oréal.
Finally, it comes to the two lipsticks that I’m loving at the moment. I’m currently really into lipstick and I’m always on the hunt for that perfect everyday nude. So, when I found this gorgeous one from the Rosie Huntington-Whiteley collection for M&S, in the shade ‘Lady Rose’, I instantly knew this was the one I’d been looking for. It’s not the traditional nude, as it’s a lot more pink toned, however it look lovely paired with the eye shadow palette from her collection and for everyday use. The lipstick is super buttery and even has that luxury marshmellow scent to it, as well as that gorgeous rose gold packaging. It’s again slightly pricey as £14, but it is so worth the purchase. Also, I have this lovely shade from Mac, in the shade ‘Mocha’. This is a much more orange/terracotta shade nude, and is perfect when you have a bit of a tan or want a more Kylie Jenner inspired lip. These are again £15, however everyone knows that Mac Lipsticks are amazing quality and I would always trust them to create a lovely shade.
