I would just like to start off this post by saying two things: ‘Happy 3rd Birthday rachelspick’ and ‘one massive, humongous Thank you to all my readers and followers who enable me and encourage me to continue writing this little blog’. It still seems crazy to say that I have a blog on the internet and I have over 1,300 followers on it, who I must make clear, to people who don’t really understand what a blog is, that they are not just my friends that I physically know.
Over the different years of having this little blog, I feel like I have developed and achieved different things each year; the first year was just building my readership and the look of my blog, the second year was more focused on upping my number of followers, and this year that has just gone by, was more focused on creating amazing content that I love and that I’m really proud of. Hopefully looking forward to this year, I will be able to build my connections with brands and be able to work with more companies that are both great for me and this blog, but also one’s that you will all love too.
Although rachelspick’s 3rd birthday was actually in April, I have only just got round to doing this post and being able to sit down and really think about the amazing, unique and unbelievable experience of being a blogger. I have had such a crazy year so far, that has mainly consisted of revising, school work, this blog and my social life, all trying to be balanced fairly. However, I’m still proud of myself for being able to keep my views at a good, strong, high number and creating some amazing posts, that I have loved writing and that you have loved reading. These include; My Pandora Jewellery, The Spring Clothing Edit, A Love For Paris &, my most recent post, 5 Fashion & Beauty Youtubers That You Need To Be Subscribed To.
Finally, to finish this post off nicely, I would just like to say that I really hope that you enjoy reading this little blog, and that you feel like you know me, and that when you read this blog you feel like there is a real voice and a real sense of my own personal style and my own way of doing things. Whether you feel none of these things, or all of these things, I just want to thank you for spending your own time reading my blog and encouraging and helping me to build an amazing outlet for all my creative ideas and flair, as well as the opportunity to help me initiate my career. <3
