Tall Girls

Problems that I face being a tall girl.

1. That when you wear heels out you tower above your friends.

2. That people call you lanky, obviously well done!

3. Find it hard to find tops long enough.

4.Having big feet and wide feet.

5. Finding boys near my height, even though I’m only 5ft 10/5ft 11.

Resoultions

1. That when you wear heels out you tower above your friends.

Don’t worry, more people will notice you. Embrace that your tall and boys love long legs so they will make you look even longer. Don’t listen to other people, just go for it!

2. That people call you lanky, obviously well done!

Say well done you can see. Or a shame that your so small/ such a midget.

3. Find it hard to find tops long enough.

Just buy long tops or look on the tall ranges as they often have the same clothes but just longer so it’s suitable for a tall person. No one will know any difference. Just don’t wear tops that are too small.

4.Having big feet and wide feet.

Shop in wide fit ranges the best one is new look. Also always try shoes on as they may say wide fit but may not fit you.

5. Finding boys near my height, even though I’m only 5ft 10/5ft 11.

It’s not about height. Go for it as there is other things such as a great personality. Don’t worry there loads of people that are taller than their other half.

Hope this has helped someone! love you loads

Being a tall girl myself, I can certainly relate! I was having a similar conversation with my very tall 14 year old son only the other day after spending the weekend looking for jeans to fit him. His problem is not only the length of his legs, but the fact that he is also really skinny, hence the need for a collection of belts:) We recently moved to New York from Oregon and every time we meet someone new, the first question is ‘how tall are you?’ He’s 6’2 already and doesn’t seem to be stopping growing anytime soon! He’s always stood out from the crowd being the tall blonde English boy, but has always made the best of it. He refers to me as his little Mum. (I’m 5″10 by the way!) I think overall there are a lot of benefits to being tall, so be proud of your height. I regularly wear 3″ heals and tower over everyone, except my family!
I love reading your articles. keep up the good work,
    Suzanne
